Breakfast Shake
A delicious breakfast or snack for that hectic morning
when you want to eat right.
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 packets Sweet ‘N Low®
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ice cubes
In a blender at medium speed, blend all the ingredients until smooth and
frothy. Pour into a glass (and enjoy).
Variation: Add 1/2 cup sliced bananas or strawberries; blend as directed.
